I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. This is reflected in who I work with each and every day. 98% of my annual business, year over year, is from past client referrals! That’s people just like you telling their friends and family that they should work with me. Despite receiving many, many sales awards since getting started in 2013, that referral statistic is what I’m most proud of!

 

My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process.

 

Clients that work with me know why I work so hard it’s my family! My husband, Justin, and I have been married since 2002. We welcomed our daughter in 2008 and our son in 2009. There is never a dull moment in the Godfrey household as we keep busy with community involvement, kids sports, our own adult volleyball league, and pampering our two pups, Scout and Rubi. We are long-term Westerville residents that love our community and all that it has to offer! 

 

When we aren’t enjoying family life, we invest in real estate personally by way of our rental properties or renovating properties to put back on the market. Justin owns his own remodeling business. So, yes, we are living our own version of an HGTV show at all times!

 

Long after we’re finished working together, past clients continue to reach out to ask about my referral partners, connect me with people in their lives that need to buy or sell a property, or just to grab a quick cup of coffee! I treat my clients like close friends and I work for them with the knowledge of knowing we’ll be in each other's lives long past closing day.
